  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • Outcomes are not guaranteed

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our services unless otherwise stated.


4. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise

  • Payment must be made in full or as agreed before services commence

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future purchases
     

5. Refunds and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Coaching services and digital products are non-refundable

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

  • Rescheduling requires reasonable notice as outlined in your program or booking terms

Specific refund or cancellation policies may apply to individual programs and will be communicated at the time of purchase.


6. Community Guidelines
If you participate in any group program or community space, you agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally

  • Maintain confidentiality of other members

  • Not provide unsolicited advice, medical opinions, or professional services

  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community without refund if these guidelines are breached.


7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our services, website, programs, and community including text, videos, worksheets, frameworks, and recordings is our intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share this content without written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our services

  • You agree to release and indemnify us from any claims resulting from your actions, decisions, or participation

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.


9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or community if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Behaviour is harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate
